01 · Controller

## Your contact point.

For a question about how your information is used, contact contact@sourcing-force.com.

Google Analytics 4 (Google, G-1RNLE7TNX0) measures page views by default unless declined. No brief contents or contact details are transmitted. Advertising features are disabled. Session cookies _ga and _ga_1RNLE7TNX0 may be set. Your choice applies to this tab; withdraw it through Measurement choices then Decline. Withdrawal stops future transmissions without deleting data already received by Google.

02 · Uses

## Understand how your request is used.

We use your brief and contact details to understand your project, receive updates and reply. Transmission starts when you confirm your email or an updated brief. The quote form is an additional step.

### The available brief

Entries remain in browser memory; closing or reloading the page erases them. Requests sent to our team are received by email.

### Your request

The brief helps our team prepare discussions about your event.

### Browsing

The browser requests pages and resources from the hosting server.

03 · Information

## Limit the information you enter.

The brief and additional details are each limited to 4,000 characters; email addresses to 254 characters. Enter only information useful for your event.

04 · Recipients

## Recipients of your request.

Your email, initial request and approved details are sent to our sales team via SendGrid to continue the conversation. The quote form sends the information you enter to HubSpot. The HubSpot calendar appears after this submission is confirmed. Brief text and details are sent to OpenAI to rephrase your brief and identify up to three useful questions per round, with at most two rounds; your email address is excluded from this call. A copy of the brief is emailed to you via SendGrid.

05 · Retention

## Retention of your information.

The displayed brief remains in page memory. The summary and suggested questions are kept in a private cache for no more than 15 minutes, then deleted on the next call; their fingerprints and sending statuses expire after 24 hours. The notification service retains only fingerprints and sending statuses for 24 hours to limit duplicates; it stores no copy of the visitor’s text or email in this tracking. Sent requests remain in professional email and the services concerned under their retention rules.

06 · Your rights

## Understand and exercise your rights.

Depending on processing and applicable conditions, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Withdrawal concerns processing based on consent. The CNIL explains these rights and receives complaints.

For a question or request about your information, contact contact@sourcing-force.com.
