Your next shared occasion · Let’s talk

Let’s discuss your event project.

Contact Sourcing Force or prepare your brief: an event to imagine, suppliers chosen or services still to complete.

01 · Contact details

How to contact the group.

These are the general Sourcing Force / BME contact details published on the official website. They do not identify a dedicated Events team.

For an event quote request, open the brief and choose the quote step. The HubSpot form is offered before access to the calendar.

02 · Your requirements

What is your starting point?

Choose the journey that fits your project. An event, existing choices or a MICE programme: gather useful information in the shared brief.

Imagine your event

Retreat, team building or company party: describe the objective, participants and desired atmosphere. Dates, venue and budget can remain undecided.

The brief lets you choose the format and note information already known.

Prepare the brief

Build on existing choices

Already have a venue, provider or quote? Keep your choices and identify only services to complete or compare.

In the brief, choose “I already have a venue or suppliers” or “I have a quote or a brief”, then describe useful details without attaching documents.

Build on my choices

Define your MICE programme

Several events, entities or sites: prepare scope, priorities and programme approvals without requiring one date.

Describe your programme and services in the brief; the Enterprise page provides governance guidance.

The same brief supports your project, existing choices or services to complete.

03 · Prepare

A useful discussion starts with a few details.

Gather what you know and leave unknowns to clarify. A venue chosen or quote received is a starting point; it alone confirms neither all services nor their status.

  1. The project

Purpose, format, participants, period and destination; attendance, dates and budget can remain undecided.

  2. Existing arrangements

Venues, services and proposals already chosen, with inclusions to check and their actual status.

  3. Scope to delegate

Services to source or coordinate, internal contacts and points requiring approval.

04 · Your discussion

Prepare how you would like to communicate.

When requesting a human quote, email and telephone with country code enable follow-up. Contact country, time zone, desired language and communication preferences help organise the discussion.

The quote form requests contact details. Choose a time slot after submission confirmation; no response deadline is guaranteed here.

05 · Status

From preparation to human discussion.

The brief and quote request are separate steps. Commercial submission takes place through HubSpot after your review. The brief is neither a quote, a booking, a purchase request nor an order.

Review details before human follow-up: purpose, context, services and existing choices. Keep established decisions separate from questions to clarify.

Before we talk

Start with what you know.

Can we start with an existing quote or supplier?

Yes. Retain choices already made and specify services to complete. The brief accepts a description, no attachment, and confirms no service.

Does this page send a request to the team?

The page opens the shared brief. At the quote step, load and submit the HubSpot form; the calendar appears after submission confirmation.

When will a professional follow up on my project?

After receiving your brief, our team can contact you to clarify requirements and services to support. You can also find our contact details on this page.

Can we prepare an annual programme?

Yes. The Enterprise page offers guidance and a brief suited to a MICE programme. Describe scope, entities or sites and planned services; a single event date is not required.
